Mentorship Program
The Kramer Companies' Mentorship Program is a free one day experience for current high school or college students looking to expand their knowledge in the construction or owner representative field. Participants will receive diverse career path exposure under this program by interacting with Architects, Engineers, Construction Management, General Contractors, Testing Agencies, and Surveyors. Participants will also gain hands-on experience with day-to-day operations of a qualified owner rep, led by one of the industry’s pioneers in the field of purely independent owner representation. The program includes but is not limited to an executive level overview of: Municipality Protocol, Introduction to Government Leaders, Current Practices and Project Controls, Project Conflict and Resolution Process, Project Monitoring, and Quality Control Techniques.
